Costumes Babies Ideas are something that you are already thinking of right?  Can’t wait to get your little munch kin in a cute little get up that will steal the show for sure on the night?  And why shouldn’t you start to think about what they will wear and what size will you get them as they are growing like a weed with all of that good tucker you are giving your bub.

Probably others in your family are also swept up with the notion that this is your baby’s first or perhaps 2nd Halloween and they are also excited.  If you can close your eyes now you can practically hear them saying “awww isn’t that cute” “geez this would look beautiful on the baby!”

Hints and Tips for Halloween Baby Costume

 

  • Halloween night can be darn right chilly, so I would steer away from anything that does not have a sleeve in it, as the baby will get cold and you would then need to put either a cardigan or jumper over the outfit.
  • Choose an outfit with materials that have a bit of warmth to them such as velour, which is light and comfortable but not bulky. This will keep them cuddly warm and help prevent from getting a cold.
  • Costumes such as animals are excellent as they come in velour they are warm but light and most importantly are comfortable for the baby.
  • An opening in the costume would be ideal for a quick diaper change without having to strip the baby down to get to the diaper.
  • Select a costume that if the baby is at the standing stage will not fall over if they go to walk.  Obviously this won’t be a problem if the baby is not walking but a consideration that your baby can move freely in the costume.
